About Us

William Power III entered the pump testing business as a contractor for Pacific Gas & Electric in the mid 1990’s.  It was during this time that demand for the pump testing services emerged as others realized the benefits of testing the efficiency of their pumps as well.  Over the years we have added a number of additional energy and water conservation analysis services that our customers have requested.

We are a certified partner in the United States Department of Energy, Office of Industrial Technologies PSAT (Pumping Systems Assessment Tool) Program. Bill Power is currently the president of the California Association of Pump Test Professionals (CAPP).
